In terms of your things, what does your space (studio/office/living area) look like? please describe.
Even though I like things neat, I am sadly not the world’s tidiest person. My kitchen is my most organized workspace. My pride and joy. Apart from that, you will probably be able to find craft supplies and projects in different stages of development scattered all over the house and garden. I am constantly trying to remember where I left things. I am in the progress of creating a dedicated craft room, but at the moment it’s still more of a glorified storage cupboard.
Where do you normally get your things?
I love old stuff. Therefore, I love flea markets, charity shops, eBay, antique stores, skips, yard sales and my parents’ and grandparents’ houses. I love food. Therefore, I love markets, organic box schemes, ethnic grocery shops, foreign countries, the cookery section in book stores, the countryside and bakeries. I love crafts. Therefore, I love fabric stores, the haberdashery department at John Lewis, craft fairs, Etsy, traditional London market stalls and the internet.
What is your prize possession/”thing”/collectible/tool?
There are many things that I would or could not want to live without. But my greatest and most triumphant acquisition? A designer plate rack from the 60s that I bought for 99p (and that still has not found its proper place in my home).
day 304 – four film cameras

So here’s a grainy cell phone picture of my best friends: Asahi Pentax. Polaroid, Instamatic X-38 and Kodak Signet. I still use film regularly, and am very much in love with it.
